About the role

Are you ready to take the lead in driving growth across Europe? We’re looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager with the drive to expand our footprint in fire safety and electronic TRV (eTRV) solutions.

From your base in the Netherlands (remote), you’ll play an essential role in shaping our success story—building strong partnerships with leading distributors and retailers across Europe. You’ll inherit a solid customer base that needs your strategic eye for relationship management, optimization, and cross-selling. At the same time, you’ll seize the opportunity to break new ground, developing fresh distribution channels and retail partners.

In this role, you combine sharp business development instincts with a strategic mindset. You know how to balance diverse stakeholder interests while always keeping long-term growth in sight. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and opening new doors, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep market understanding – stay informed on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.

  • Manage and grow key accounts – maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities to enhance account value.

  • Identify new business opportunities – expand the network of distributors and retail partners across Europe.

  • Lead commercial negotiations – manage contract discussions and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Build long-term partnerships – establish yourself as a trusted advisor, ensuring sustainable growth and collaboration.

What You Bring

We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who, together with our Sales Office in the Netherlands, will be responsible for building and expanding our market presence in Europe.

  • 10+ years of experience in the Retail Sales, with a proven track record in acquisition.

  • Experience with fire safety is a plus.

  • Proven success in business acquisition and driving sales growth.

  • Commercially sharp with a good understanding of the professional B2B Retail Market.

  • Strong marketing mindset.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a strong advantage.

  • Independent, structured, and KPI-driven with a clear results focus.
